Refund & Exchange 

We want to insure that you are completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item(s), please let us know so that we may issue an exchange or refund. To receive an exchange or refund, please return merchandise in unworn condition in original packaging, within 10 days of purchase. Please keep in mind the return shipping cost is non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom item(s). Any item(s) that we have custom created for you cannot be returned.

If you need to return an item, please send us a detailed email of your concern along with the original order number and your contact information to JackieJamesAccessories@gmail.com.

Payments

We accept all forms of payment via credit or debit card, which is processed through a secured system.

If you select PayPal to process your payment, all payments will be processed securely through PayPal. PayPal will process credit & debit card payments even if you don't have a PayPal account.

Processing & Shipping

All Items are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding Weekends & Holidays). Items are shipped via USPS First Class mail, please allow 2-4 days for domestic transit. We currently aren't shipping internationally at this time.

Shipping Rates

We ship all domestic (US) orders for $4.50 flat rate. All Priority Orders ship for $7.50 flat rate.

International shipping not available at this time.

Please insure to provide the correct shipping address when ordering. Jackie & James Accessories is not responsible for lost, damaged in mail or stolen items once shipped. Once delivery and tracking numbers are provided to the customer; all customers must contact their local post office for any and all shipping status updates.
